Re-design work for Seemyradiology.com included a site audit, interaction design and visual design. The aim was to simplify the user experience, make the site consistent with the marketing site, and encourage a new patient user group to adopt it. The process began with an expert review. Workflow diagrams illustrating current user workflows were used to highlight points of confusion and suggested improvements.
